INVITATION FOR PROPOSALS
The City of Highland Park will receive sealed proposals at the Water Treatment Plant, 1707 St. Johns Avenue, Highland Park, Illinois 60035 for:
Electrical Engineering Services
until 12:00 p.m., Thursday. April 4, 2019.
Late proposals will not be considered under any circumstances. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals. The Request for Proposals Document may be downloaded from the Bids/RFPs page of the City’s website at https://www.cityhpil.com/government/bid_rfp/index.php.
It is the responsibility of the Proposer to inspect the entire Request for Proposals and seek clarification of any item which may not be clear to them.
