INVITATION FOR PROPOSALS
The City of Highland Park will receive sealed proposals at the Public Works Department, 1150 Half Day Road, Highland Park, Illinois 60035 for the:
2019 Tree Purchasing Program
until 11:00 a.m., January 24, 2019
and at that time will be publicly opened, read aloud, and placed on file for public inspection. Late proposals will not be considered under any circumstances. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals. Copies of the Request for Proposals Package may be obtained at no cost from the Public Works Department, 1150 Half Day Road, Highland Park, Illinois 60035.
This is a joint Request for Proposals with the City of Highland Park, the City of Lake Forest and the Park District of Highland Park. The program includes the purchasing of approximately 800 trees of diameters varying between 1 and 3 inches. The program does not include tree planting.
It is the responsibility of the proposer to inspect the entire proposal package and seek clarification of any item which may not be clear to them.
