If you are a high school student interested in volunteering for community service work, The Firehouse needs individuals for one-on-one tutoring after school for junior high students. Peer Jury
Youth Services and the Highland Park Police Department run a Peer Jury Program. Volunteers ages 13-17 years old are needed to serve as jurors once a month. The requirements are that you must: be in good standing with the police, go through the training process and attend monthly two-hour Peer Jury sessions.
