You are invited to participate in the Capture the Heart of Highland Park Photo Contest! The contest is open to all residents and businesses in Highland Park (professional and hobbyist). Categories are: 1. Environmental; 2. Architectural; 3. People Portraits; and 4. Community Life. Winners will be recognized in the Highlander, at a televised Council Meeting, on the City Website and on the City's social media.
