COVID-19 Government Partners: Quick Links

Note that many City services are available online and by mail. City Hall walk-in hours are 8 AM - 5 PM Tuesday - Friday. Appointments on Mondays may be available upon request.  Information about the City's response to COVID-19 is available at cityhpil.com/covid-19. The information below has been updated to reflect the current status as of June 1, 2021. 



The City of Highland Park is in close communication with sister governments, businesses, and community organizations to actively monitor developments regarding COVID-19.  Restore Illinois Phase 4 permits the reopening of many facilities. An overview of services currently available from government partners is below; find information regarding other service providers here. For the most up to date information, contact each agency. 

City of Highland Park: Municipal Buildings Closed to the Public; No Reduction to Public Safety Services
Public administrative services are available online and via mail. There is no reduction in services for public safety and the City encourages residents to conduct business online or by phone where possible.  Essential public meetings will be conducted virtually. Moraine Township: Food Pantry open; most services available virtually; limited in-person services available
The Food Pantry is open Tuesdays, 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM. Voter registration is available by appointment through October 18, 2020; email clerk@morainetownship.org or call 847.432.3240. Virtual assistance from the Supervisor's Office is available at 847.432.3240. Virtual assistance from the Assessor's Office is available at 847.432.2100. Other virtual services include assistance rent/mortgage or other emergency assistance, SNAP and Medicaid application assistance, resources and referrals for help, and more.
