The City of Highland Park is in close communication with sister governments, businesses, and community organizations to actively monitor developments regarding COVID-19. Restore Illinois Phase 4 permits the reopening of many facilities. City of Highland Park: Municipal Buildings Closed to the Public; No Reduction to Public Safety Services
Public administrative services are available online and via mail. There is no reduction in services for public safety and the City encourages residents to conduct business online or by phone where possible. Essential public meetings will be conducted virtually. - Highland Park Senior Center: In-person services now available at the Highland Park Country Club (1201 Park Ave. W); Medical Equipment Loan Closet reopened and still located at 54 Laurel Ave.
- Senior Connector Bus: Service available Tuesdays & Fridays

Moraine Township: Food Pantry open; most services available virtually; limited in-person services available
The Food Pantry is open Tuesdays, 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM. Voter registration is available by appointment through October 18, 2020; email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 847.432.3240. Virtual assistance from the Supervisor's Office is available at 847.432.3240. Virtual assistance from the Assessor's Office is available at 847.432.2100. Other virtual services include assistance rent/mortgage or other emergency assistance, SNAP and Medicaid application assistance, resources and referrals for help, and more.
