North Avenue, Summit Avenue & Marl Oak Drive - Updated Construction Project Overview and Q&A

The purpose of this report is to give an overview of the Construction Project on North and Summit Avenues as well as on Marl Oak Drive.  The Project has led to unacceptable delays and inconveniences to the public. We are working with the City’s Corporation Counsel to consider all legal remedies and options available to us.  An overview of the City’s capital projects with emphasis on the North Avenue Construction Project will be presented at the December 10, 2018 Committee of the Whole meeting at City Hall. The agenda for the meeting will be posted by 5 PM on Thursday, December 6 and will list the estimated start time of the discussion. Once posted, the meeting agenda can be found on the City’s website.
