Reporting potholes has never been easier thanks to the City of Highland Park’s convenient non-emergency request tracker (www.cityhpil.com/service). Potholes can also be reported to the City’s Pothole Hotline at 847.926.1178.
Please note that the State (IDOT) and County (LCTD) are responsible for certain streets within the City such as Rt. 41. The City has been reporting potholes and other street concerns directly to the responsible agency.
