The City of Highland Park Police Department is accepting applications for the 2018 Citizen’s Police Academy (CPA). CPA provides residents with hands-on Police Department training in a multitude of exciting areas including patrol, investigations, and administration. The 9-week program will run from August 29, 2018 through October 24, 2018 on Wednesday nights from 7:00 PM to 9:30 PM, with the exception of Week 4 which will be held on Thursday, September 20.
