About CERT
The Highland Park Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) educates the community about disaster preparedness for hazards and situations that may impact our City.  Specific skills such as fire safety, light search and rescue, disaster medical operations, and traffic control are provided to members online, in the classroom and during live exercises.  Using this training, members can assist others in their neighborhoods or workplace following an event when professional responders are not immediately available to help. Learn more about CERT.

Come and join the Highland Park CERT team! For more information please download our brochure or contact Investigations Sergeant Sean Curran at the Highland Park Police Department at 847.926.1119 or
