Vendor Demographic Data
The City is required to make a good faith effort to collect and publish certain demographic information provided by vendors and subcontractors, in accordance with the Illinois Public Act 102-0265. The City is required to report whether the vendor or subcontractor is a minority-owned, women-owned, or veteran-owned business, as defined by Illinois Law. The City is required to disclose if the business is certified as a small business under Federal Small Business Administration standards. This information is being collected for reporting purposes only.
The City kindly asks its vendors to provide current business information by completing and submitting the Vendor Certification Form at earliest convenience.
