City Manager's Compensation
City Manager's Employment Agreement 

In accordance with Section 5.B of the City Manager Employment Agreement dated July 14, 2014, the City Council conducted an annual review of City Manager Neukirch’s performance on November 13, 2018 and determined that an adjustment to her base salary is appropriate and that, effective October 11, 2018 the base salary shall be increased to $215,280 and $3500 in deferred compensation paid, which amounts shall be reflected in the monthly warrant list approved by the City Council. In addition, a bonus of $10,000 will be paid on the pay date of December 7, 2018.
