City Manager's Compensation and Employment Agreement

In accordance with Section 5.B of the City Manager Employment Agreement dated December 9, 2019, the City Council conducted an annual review of City Manager Neukirch’s performance on November 13, 2023 and determined that an adjustment to her base salary is appropriate an d that, effective October 11, 2023 the base salary shall be increased to $285,927.91 and $3500 in deferred compensation paid, which amounts shall be reflected in the monthly warrant list approved by the City Council. In addition, a bonus of $30,000 will be paid on the pay date of December 1, 2023.
