The City of Highland Park (“City”) is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to assist in the assessment and selection of an Enterprise Resource Planning (“ERP”) system. The intent of this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is to establish a contract between the City and a qualified professional with Enterprise Resource Planning System experience to perform the scope of work being requested.
The City of Highland Park will receive Request for Proposals at Highland Park City Hall, 1707 St, Johns Ave, Highland Park, Illinois 60035 for
Consultant Services for Selection Assistance and Implementation of an Enterprise Resource Planning System
until 4:30 p.m., Friday, March 9, 2018.
Late submittals will not be considered under any circumstances. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all submittals. Copies of the Request for Proposals may be obtained at no cost on the City’s website, www.cityhpil.com.
Scope of Work:
The City requires a qualified professional with proven experience in ERP projects, including overall project management, process assessment, process improvement, needs assessment, requirements specification and RFP development, software selection assistance, contract negotiations and implementation to provide direction for selecting a comprehensive ERP system.
The project will be split into three phases. This RFP includes project management services and costs for phase I (process assessment, process improvement, needs assessment, requirements specification and development of a RFP for an ERP system) and phase II (review of proposals for the new ERP system, software selection assistance and contract negotiations), with the scope of services for Phase III (implementation of selected system and data conversion) to be determined at a later date.
