The contractor will furnish all labor and equipment necessary to install Holiday Lighting before Saturday, November 4, 2017 at 4:30 p.m. within the City of Highland Park business districts at specific locations as listed in the bid documents. All electrical connections will be made by the contractor to City-supplied power sources.
