  HIGHLAND PARK POLICE DEPARTMENT

EMERGENCY POLICE VEHICLE OUTFITTING

The City of Highland Park, Illinois is requesting proposals from qualified firms located within 15 miles of Highland Park to engage a single provider for the procurement, installation, and configuration of Emergency Police Vehicle equipment for City Police Department Patrol Vehicles. The selected proposer will be invited to enter into an agreement with the City, in a form provided by the City.

 The Proposal shall be submitted no later than 12:00 pm on August 8, 2019. A Proposal received after the above noted deadline will not be used as part of our contractor selection process.

 Questions on this RFP shall be submitted no later than 5:00 pm on August 2, 2019 and shall be submitted in writing to the Police Department Fleet Manager, Commander Gerald Cameron at gcameron@cityhpil.com.

 Five hard copies and one electronic copy in PDF format on a thumb drive (USB Drive) shall be submitted to Commander Gerald Cameron, Police Fleet Manager, City of Highland Park Police Department, 1677 Old Deerfield Road, Highland Park, IL, 60035.
