Request for Proposals- Property Management Services

Through this Request for Proposals ("RFP"), the Housing Commission of the City of Highland Park, Illinois, requests proposals from qualified firms to manage three rental developments subsidized under the Federal Section 8 Program (“Services”). The developments include a total of 153 units, 124 of which are for seniors and persons with disabilities, and 29 of which are for families.

All questions regarding the RFP shall be directed in writing to Charmain Later at clater@cityhpil.com and Kathryn Haedo-Keller at khaedo-keller@cityhpil.com. All questions and responses will be compiled and submitted to all respondents electronically who have registered in one general response memorandum and posted on the City’s website by the date specified in Section 2 of this RFP.
