INVITATION FOR PROPOSALS
The City of Highland Park will receive sealed proposals at the Public Works Department, 1150 Half Day Road, Highland Park, Illinois 60035 for the
2019 Indefinite Quantities Engineering Services Agreement for:
1) Material Testing & Geotechnical Services
2) Plan Review and Inspection pertaining to City Code, Article XIX, Steep Slope Zone; and
3) Certified Wetland Specialist Services.
until 12:00 p.m., Wednesday, October 31, 2018.
Late proposals will not be considered under any circumstances. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals.
It is the responsibility of the Proposer to inspect the entire Request for Proposals and seek clarification of any item which may not be clear to them.
