Banking Services

The City of Highland Park (“the City”) requests proposals for the provision of banking services (“Services”) at a competitive price. The City desires to enter into a three-year contract, with the option for the City to renew for another three-year period.

Late submittals will not be considered under any circumstances.  The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all submittals.  Copies of the Request for Proposals may be obtained at no cost on the City’s website, www.cityhpil.com.

 Scope of Work:

 The City seeks proposals from competing banks for the services identified in this RFP which include “core” depository services and “non-core” or “ancillary” services.  Highland Park currently uses one bank to provide all core services described; however, the City may consider an unbundled arrangement whereby one or more banks provide services.  Cost proposals for ancillary services should be presented separately from the cost proposal for core banking services.
