"PARENTS WHO HOST, LOSE THE MOST" PROGRAM Updated May 7, 2008
The Highland Park Police Department, in partnership with the Highland Park High School and the Drug-Free Action Alliance, has adopted the "Parents Who Host, Lose the Most" program to combat underage drinking. The program is a public awareness campaign to provide parents with important information about the health risks of underage drinking and the legal consequences of providing alcohol to youth.
