The Juvenile Bureau of the Highland Park Police Department is charged with the responsibility of handling all matters involving juveniles within the City of Highland Park. This includes all investigations of criminal activity involving juveniles, child abuse and juvenile in crisis complaints. The Youth Officer serves as the liaison between the Police Department and the Highland Park School System.
