The Highland Park Police Department Beach Patrol has the duty assigned in providing safety and security of the four main beaches and parks. Moraine, Park Avenue, Ravine and Rosewood beaches are patrolled daily and nightly. Port Clinton downtown area and Sunset Park are patrolled also. Beach Patrol units also write parking citations on beach parking lots and park parking lots.
