Well-Being Checks for the Elderly
The Highland Park Police Department is offering courtesy well-being checks for elderly and at-risk residents during periods of sustained extreme weather and temperatures. Police Department personnel and volunteer Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) members will periodically conduct these checks personally or by phone, depending on the weather conditions.

Register for the Checklist
To register for the well-being checklist, please complete the registration form and return it to:
