2016 Application
The City of Highland Park requires all landscapers operating within the City to acquire a landscaper license. The landscaper license process requires that prospective licensed landscapers complete a Landscape License application; submit proof of general, automobile and workers' compensation insurance in the form of a Certificate of Insurance; and demonstrate that the name and contact information of the company are depicted on company vehicles (required of first time applicants only). 

New this year: Licensed landscapers are encouraged to not to park in school zones and other designated areas between the hours of 7:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. The specific areas are listed in the 2016 application and below are maps to help illustrate where the areas are located.
