City Sign Ordinance Information
The City of Highland Park views signs as an important means of visual communication for the convenience of the general public. The Sign Code was recently revised to streamline the sign permit process and provide improved signage. In some instances, the installation of sign may require a permit to be issued by the Department of Community Development.
