| The Highland Park Human Relations
Commission will select and present the "Highland Park Humanitarian" award
to an outstanding Highland Park individual who has rendered significant
personal service to the Highland Park community. Selection will
be based on personal and community service. Areas of personal
service to Highland Park can include, but are not limited to,
the following categories: education, charitable work, business,
government, senior citizens, youth, disabled, and environmental.
