Could the commercial building you own or work in benefit from a facade cleaning, new signage, or new awnings?

If you answered yes to these questions you may qualify for the City’s Small Business Improvement Program (SBIP). The SBIP is a program offered by the City to help independent merchants and commercial property owners improve the functionality and competitiveness of their places of business.

The program provides financial assistance in the form of a rebate and a matching low interest loan to qualified applicants.
