INSTRUCTIONS FOR BUSINESS TAXES Updated March 5, 2007
 

The following items are required in order to remit payment to the City of Highland Park:

  1. Food & Beverage Tax Return; Package Liquor Tax Return; Motor Fuel Tax Return - This form must be fully completed including a signature.

  2. Copy of the Illinois Department of Revenue ST-1 Sales and Tax Form - We require a copy of the ST-1 form (or ST-2 for multiple locations) (Motor Fuel tax returns to also include a copy of the PST-2) that you will be filing with the Illinois Department of Revenue.

  3. Payment - The following types of payment will be accepted.

    1. Business Check
    2. Certified Check
    3. Cash
    4. Credit Card (only if paid in person)

All checks must be made payable to the City of Highland Park.
