HIGHLAND PARK, IL - One sure sign that spring is on the way is the appearance of potholes in our roadways. In an effort to help locate and repair potholes quickly, the Public Works Department has instituted a Pothole Hotline. To report a pothole in Highland Park, please call (847) 926-1178. The number is available 24 hours a day, seven days per week. Callers will be asked to describe the location of the pothole as specifically as possible. Additionally, callers are encouraged to leave their name, address, and phone number in the event any follow-up information is needed.

Callers may also report potholes by using the main Public Works line at (847) 432-0807. If callers believe the pothole is a serious and immediate threat to motorists, after normal business hours they are encouraged to call the Highland Park Police non-emergency number at (847) 432-7730.
